The Rebecca Lawlor Limited team would like to welcome you to our official blog! Rebecca Lawlor Limited is the culmination of the lifelong dream for designer, actress and philanthropist Rebecca Lawlor. Rebecca is an admirable woman with an intrinsic passion for charity. Because of this passion, Rebecca has dedicated her time to helping children and raising awareness for abuse. Fusing her love for fashion and altruism, Rebecca founded the Hearts of Hope Foundation Inc. This foundation is a 501(c) 3; a non-profit organization based on the premise of bringing solid hope to children who have been abused. 

As a symbol for her foundation, Rebecca designed and patented a unique glass heart with a gemstone placed inside. Rebecca commissions glass artists in Virginia and across the country to mold each heart by hand. When asked why she chose this design, Rebecca answered: "Those who have been abused often lose their voices until they begin to heal from their emotional trauma. Their hearts have been broken — like glass.” The heart is sold on a signature ribbon but may be added to a chain of choice. 

In addition to her glass hearts, Rebecca designed a line of  handbags and pet carriers. Rebecca Lawlor Handbags are custom made from mixed leather textures, faux and genuine leather and Italian waxed canvas. Each of these unique pieces features one of Rebecca's patented glass hearts as a logo to bring awareness to the Hearts of Hope Foundation. 

While Rebecca is devoted to her heart and handbag lines, she is always thinking of new ways to bring awareness to her cause. In the days to come, Rebecca Lawlor Limited will be expanding with new ventures, ones we couldn't have imagined. We are truly blessed for the opportunity we have to grow the Hearts of Hope Foundation and raise awareness for abuse. We may not change the world today, but we can hope to affect one heart today and change their world. We hope that you will join us in our journey.
