Recently, Rebecca Lawlor and the Hearts of Hope Foundation had the privilege of making a donation to our dear friend Rosemary Trible and her "Fear 2 Freedom" campaign. As many of you know, our Hearts of Hope Foundation was created by Rebecca Lawlor to help bring awareness to the prevention of domestic abuse and ultimately bring an end to this issue within our generation. Because of our cause, the Rebecca Lawlor Limited team was inspired by the story and mission of Mrs. Rosemary Trible.
Rosemary has been an activist for empowerment to end sexual abuse for many years. After interviewing abuse victims, Rosemary said, "The amazing thing was the absolute outpouring of pain of so many victims whose stories had never been heard. I was just overwhelmed with concern for women who had been abused." After dealing with the situation personally, Rosemary created Fear 2 Freedom, a non-profit global program created “to elevate awareness, bring change through vigilance, and bring healing through compassion”. Rosemary spent many years overcome by the fear instilled in her after her attack. It is her life mission as well as that of her campaign to help women in similar situations end their suffering and heal from their “emotional brokenness”.
Rosemary travels the globe with her Fear 2 Freedom campaign to minister and empower women who are hurting from abuse. While she would never wish this experience on anyone, Rosemary says, "Had I not traveled my own dark road then I would not have been able to reach out to others." To read more about Rosemary’s story, you can read her book written about her struggles titled, "Fear to Freedom."
We hope that our friend Rosemary’s story has inspired you like it has us. We also hope foundations like the Hearts of Hope Foundation and Rosemary Trible's Fear 2 Freedom will continue to inspire people all over the world to bring an end to abuse.
We leave you with one last thought: Where is your heart?
Yours Always,
The Rebecca Lawlor Limited Team
